Moreover, I need to emphasize the importance of orienting yourself to the training by following the step by step instructions located in your "Back Office." I have found that this "Treasure Trove" of valuable information is often skipped over when a new and enthusiastic member joins our team. Matt's goal is to make this training area as comprehensive as possible for the new team member and he adds new features to it on a regular bases. As you experience and see the value of this self-training information, you will make sure you use this system for your new people too!

Also make sure you attend the Monday night NCDRiches call and bring at least one guest to hear Matt's presentation about our business and our mission. Let him do the work for you! Our Wednesday night team calls are all about training in order to build our business. There you will hear the latest updates about our system and you will receive additional training on specific topics. These calls are archived you go to your back office and listen to these training.

Finally, enlist the help of your sponsor or someone in your upline to personally help you out. Visit our community site often. You actually make points when you ask questions. How cool is that!
