After many requests for a video that breaks down the Waiora compensation plan I finally put one together and its now abailable in your back office. Look under "Training Tools" it's about 25 min long but I broke it down into 10 parts so that you can watch all the 10 ways to get paid individually.

I am currently working on another video that will be placed insdie the Free members back office only, this will really boost up conversions for members who are taking advantage of our Money Matrix feeder system.

Tracking is the key to building ANY business, especially on the Internet.

We have made it VERY EASY for you to create your own tracking links that will instantly show you what's working and what's not working.

All you have to do is add the following code to the end of your URL "&ad=xxx" The xxx being whatever text you want to identify your ad. This will automatically be tracked for you so you will know how many hits came from the URL and how many leads were produced from the hits.

Make sure you utilize a tracking code in EVERY link that you send out and everywhere you post links online.

Example.... You just got off the phone with Bob who wants more information, write him a follow up email (or use an email from the members back office by clicking on his name in your "My leads" section) and send him the following link in the email.

www ncdriches com/username&ad=Bob

First, this will let you know if Bob visits your website, it will also let you know how many times he visits the link, which also lets you know if Bob is serious.

Second, it may impress Bob to get a link with his own name in it. He may think... Wow, thats a nice personal touch and it may cause him to click on it to find out more when he may not have otherwise.

Anywhere you advertise online make sure you ALWAYS put your code in the URL so you know whether you are wasting your time or whether you found a great fishing hole to tap into. When you find a great spot or niche market you want to spend all your time marketing there... This will save you a lot of time and also money!

Taking this to another level... Get your own domain name and have it forward to your custom ad URL. Domain names are cheap and they will also help you brand yourself. 

If you dont want to buy a domain name you can also use Tiny URL... If you don't know what Tiny URL is it's a FREE service that shortens your domain name and hides any tracking code.

Simply enter your URL with your ad source and create your "Tiny URL" Great for Twitter, Facebook and other social networks that limit you on characters in your posts.

Donald will probably sell some "me too" vitamin product or juice that will have his picture plastered all over it. However, the reason I am sharing this with you is because I believe this will be a catalyst that will greatly impact people's opinion on joining a network marketing company during these hard economic times. You can really use this to your advantage to show people that network marketing is a REAL solution for people's financial future. 

It's my belief that over the next 3-5 years the period will be known as the "Network Marketing Years" where massive wealth will be shifted into the hands of people who understand the true power of being involved with a leveraged income with the right channel of distribution.

Let me know your feedback... The site is live but you cannot submit the form yet because we are still working on the functunality of creating an instant webpage for your lead. You will notice username and password fields.

This will allow your lead to get a free website they can market and test it out before actually joining and becoming a member of the Matrix. This is a great feature for many reasons.

• More leads coming through the system
• Free members being able to market first and then upgrade
• All leads that a FREE member gets will be able to upgrade and if they do the free member will have until that Monday night to upgrade or the enrollment will roll up to the next person in the upline

I just created a new group on Faceebook called NCDriches Money Team. If you are not on Facebook yet, first of all where have you been? It's a great place to build relationships and network with people and you can NEVER have too many pages out there promoting yourself.

Plus, the type of marketing that really works best these days is what I like to call "Reality Marketing" you know like the reality TV fad going on. People like to see behind the curtain and get the truth about who you are and what you have to offer.

Simply by being you and branding yourself online you will naturally attract the market you are looking for. So make sure you not only join Facebook, if you are not on already, but you participate as much as possible updating your life because you never know who will gravitate to you when you get yourself out there!
