For creating a Forum, you first need to create a Group. Click the Groups Tab in the Waiora Green Banner, and on the Upper Right Corner, click Create Group. You then Create the Group, and across the Group Tabs, click Forum and Start Your Subjects, and then Create The Threads. It's easier than it sounds.
