I'm not sure how to create a "new" one. When I did my topic, I think I just used what was there! lol I have been debating on a "certain topic" that I either want to blog about here, or post in the forum. (Maybe neither)

My wife has acid reflux.She is trying to cut down on acid foods.I was going to thank you for the picture,reminds me of growing up in New England,and I reread your bio and was excited to see that NCD could help my wife.Any special amout needed? Is 3 drop,three times a day o.k.?
