How do you create a new Forum?

Is there any way that we can get a notification that someone has posted new pictures, blogs, groups, or foums like you do on my space? 

I noticed that there has been enhancements to the my points page.  Thanks for addin all the additional info, I think it's great!!

Here's a tip, make the NCDpro your homepage both at work and at home, then whenever you log on to the internet you will go right to the site.  You then will be up to date on the community, maybe this will direct more participation.  This blurb could possibly be added to a new member welcome page.

I have a grandson who will be 3 in Feb., he was diagnosed recently with mild Autism.  We have been giving him NCD.  Does anyonw know of anything else that I can do for him?  I know that he should be on a whole foods diet, but he does not eat very well at all.  He is a wonderful child and I really want to help him.  I would really appreciate any and all info that ahyone could share with me.
